JON VACCARO

MANAGING PARTNER
Jon brings over three decades of global experience in commercial real estate capital markets. He has led teams of 600+ professionals, served as Global Head of CRE at Deutsche Bank, and held CEO/CIO roles across multiple real estate investment platforms. As founder of V20 Group and V4 Partners, Jon specializes in identifying and developing distressed and mixed-use properties, with a track record of strong returns.
JOE VACCARO

PRESIDENT & PARTNER
Joseph is a seasoned commercial real estate developer with a strong background in mortgage credit trading. Before joining V20 Group in 2018, he led securitized product trading teams at KeyBank, RBC, and Merrill Lynch. At V20, he oversees all phases of development, from acquisitions and construction to leasing and property management, bringing analytical rigor and strategic leadership to every project.
TYLER GRANT

VICE PRESIDENT
Tyler plays a key role in acquisitions, asset management, and development at V20 Group. Prior to joining in 2023, he led analyst teams at The RMR Group, contributing to $4B+ in acquisitions. He also has experience in mortgage brokerage at Goedecke & Co. A graduate of UConn with a finance and real estate background, Tyler brings strong analytical and operational expertise to the firm.
JOHN MARCINCZYK

HEAD OF CONSTRUCTION
John brings extensive experience in construction management and on-site project execution, overseeing all phases of development across V20 Group’s portfolio. He leads the firm’s construction strategy with a focus on quality, efficiency, and value creation, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standards.
